No. The price we quote will not go up unless either you add extra work, or there are changes to the original job, which you will have been made completely aware of.
We will let you know how long it will take before work starts. Often we over-estimate this time to compensate for unforeseeable events, like the weather, but due to the excellent management of all our projects, we usually finish early.
Can we make changes during the build?
Yes. We are more than happy for you to make changes if it is going to give you the best use of space. Ultimately we want you to be delighted with your building work, and therefore will adapt to any new changes you might want to make.
Can Craigs Construction Ltd help me with the design?
Yes. We have vast experience and expertise in our field and will be more than happy to give you some great ideas that needn’t be too expensive to achieve.
Can we add extra work after job has started?
Yes. We can either do extra work or pass it on to a reputable subcontractor, with your agreement.
Will we have a professional quality finish?
Yes. At Craigs Construction LTD we pride ourselves on the extremely high standard of our work, which is why more than 80% of our clients come from recommendations.
Usually within 1 to 3 months, depending on workload.
Will you deal with building control?
Yes. We will liaise with building control at all points to inform them when it is time to visit, or you can phone building control at any time yourself if you prefer.
Can we put in extra insulation?
Yes. We can do this for a relatively low price.
Can my architect visit at any time?
Yes. Absolutely, there is no problem with this.
Yes. If a toilet is not suitable we can bring a portaloo.
Unfortunately no company can do building work without a degree of mess of some kind. We do appreciate that this is your home and therefore will keep any mess to a minimum and controlled whenever possible. Mostly there will probably be a lot of dust, but we have excellent workers that will keep all areas worked on as clean, tidy and mess free as possible for you.
What if there are any problems after Craigs Construction Ltd are finished?
We will come back and fix any problems up to 1 year after the build is finished. Please note, any problems you would have would usually be within the first year. And our call back rate is probably one of the lowest you will find anywhere due to the quality finished job we leave.
Can you suggest an architect or engineer, suitable for my job, to help me?
Yes. We work with many quality architects, engineers and draftsmen that we would be more than happy to recommend.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque or credit card.
