This house in Dunning was completed within 5 months, ready to move in (despite lot of snow during winter, that made us walking the last mile to the house, as it was impossible to get there even by tractor).

The build is a very complicated structure that when finished look like a simple house. All timber frames were made on site using three times as much timber as it would be used for the same house with standard timber kit. All of the structural work had to be carried due to very open site, with high risk of heavy wind. The house is insulated with eco-friendly, breathing materials (you can find out more about eco homes in our Eco Homes section). We had to build the house using power from generators as there was no electricity on site.

The house was finished on schedule and with the exact price as supplied in our quotation prior to start.

Final result: Owners very proud of new home and delighted with the service and standard of work.

The next build, is a block of six town houses in Cambuslang.  It took only 7 months, from digging the foundation, untill last person moved in,.
